Lou Schwartz is the founder and managing member of Schwartz & Associates, PC, where he leads a modern law practice built for businesses, markets, and disputes shaped by technology. A pioneer in digital media and platform-driven businesses, he brings more than two decades of operating, capital markets, and transactional experience to the practice of law.

Schwartz began his career as a corporate securities and M&A lawyer and later moved into senior executive roles at the forefront of digital transformation. He built and scaled streaming and technology platforms, led public and private companies, and designed monetization strategies across digital media, SaaS, and data-centric enterprises. Over his career, he has led hundreds of M&A transactions with aggregate deal value exceeding $2 billion, raised more than $500 million in capital, and completed multiple successful exits as CEO, board chair, and senior executive.

Today, Schwartz applies that same operational and financial discipline to legal strategy. His work spans corporate and M&A advisory, capital formation, estate planning, and complex litigation, including mass and class action matters involving technology, data, and systemic misconduct. He treats litigation as a systems problem, informed by incentives, market structure, and how companies actually operate.

In parallel, Schwartz serves as Chief Forensics Officer of Signal Law Group, a research and investigations platform focused on identifying emerging legal and systemic risk before it becomes public litigation. Across his work, he uses technology, data, and firsthand operating experience to push legal practice beyond reactive advice and toward an intelligence-driven model built for modern markets.

Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law.
